Volevo farvi notare che la societ=E0 in questione ha ammesso di aver usato=
 il=20
mio codice.

According to GPL I think that IReportPlus should also be relased with GPL.
Otherwise I suggest you to contact FSF and signal this violation.

only the source.
If you don't mind, I want to know about parts of GPL you refered.
Is GPL updated recently ?
now, our company released iReportPlus by freeware for non-commercial.
and, we notify the source(from iReport, JasperReports).
