Ehmm...  Confesso che non ho capito questa risposta.

Anzi, a dire il vero mi  sembra che chi ha risposto non abbia capito
la  domanda (dato  che ha  ribadito  l'unica cosa  gia` appurata:  a
priori, non e` possibile distribuire software GNU GPL'ed sotto NDA).

C'e` qualcosa che mi sfugge?
