COMPUWARE: BIG BLUE STOLE OUR CODE

TODAY'S TOP STORY
Mainframe software developer Compuware filed a lawsuit Tuesday against
IBM, alleging the theft of intellectual property and anticompetitive
practices. Compuware contends that IBM unlawfully tied the purchase of its own
mainframe software and hardware, which placed Compuware's competing
software products at a disadvantage. In addition, Compuware claims that IBM's
software contains portions of Compuware's proprietary source code.
