Hello,

I'm from Lithuania. I'm working on a project for OSS (open source 
software) promotion, I have to collect as much as possible information 
on EU countries experiance on implementing, promoting and supporting of 
OSS. This project will be presented to Lithuanian public authorities.

I couldn't find much information on Italian public administration usage 
of open source (studied IDA study). Besides, I'm extremely interested in 
laws concerning Open source usage. Perhaps you could help me and give me 
information on what iniciatives Italian government or local authorities 
take in support of OSS or you could give me some links to web pages 
where I could find such information in English. Perhaps you could send 
me files of laws which have something in commen with OSS usage in Italy.
