Coming to Bali for the Consultative Group for Indonesia meeting? 
Please consider staying in one of Bali's charming bed & breakfast properties - they have been hit hardest since the bombing & have not enjoyed as much domestic business as the five star hotels. 
Here some these Bali's charming bed & breakfast that I can wholeheartedly recommend: if you prefer to stay in Nusa Dua, within minutes from the meeting venue, check out Sonni Puteri Galeria Bali or Princess Nusa Dua Resort. Or in Kuta, check out Restu Bali Hotel, Matahari Bungalow or Bali Dwira. In Sanur, there are the Laghawa Beach Inn and La Taverna Bali.
