[Discussioni] dubbio: da BSD a LGPL

Grazie a tutti per le risposte, che mi hanno dato qualche spunto
di riflessione in piu'. Aggiungo pero' alcuni dettagli alla faccenda
(scusate se faccio il misterioso, ma non si tratta di software mio)
riguardo alla licenza BSD-style di partenza. E' scritta in modo
differente dalle formulazioni solite della BSD originale (quella senza
advertising clause) e di quella dell'X Consortium; in particolare
non parla di "source and binary forms" (Berkeley) ne di possibilita'
di sublicensing (X Consortium). Ve la riporto letteralmente:

e le differenze effettivamente sono parecchie.
A questo punto mi viene il dubbio che la licenza in questione
si possa chiamare BSD (cosi' la chiamano gli autori originali).

Suggerimenti per l'interpretazione?
