	A quanto detto dal comunicato vasta aggiungere questo brevetto 
	(e chissa' quanti altri...) e si spiega tutto.
	MS da una parte aderisce agli standard aperti e rilascia codice, 
	dall'altra brevetta i documenti XML (o cerca di farlo)...
