                 MICROSOFT - UNESCO COOPERATION AGREEMENT

     * UNESCO & Microsoft Agreement. These files were scanned from the
       documents given at the [7]Press Conference on Nov. 17, 2004.
       Despite our numerous requests to UNESCO, these documents were
       neither put online at the UNESCO site ( is UNESCO ashamed ? or
       does not want to emphasize it too much ? ) nor translated into
       French or Spanish ( is UNESCO respecting linguistic diversity ?).
       ( If somebody has a good [8]OCR program, please transform our
       scanned images files into text files, and please let me know, so
       that I could upload the text files on this site, thanks ! )
