[Discussioni] voto elettronico intrinsecamente insicuro

Un  articolo  del  Washington   Post  [1]  riferisce  che  un  recente
rapporto[2]  il   National  Institute  of   Standards  and  Technology
(NIST[3])  [USA] dichiara  che  il voto  elettronico  "cannot be  made
secure", non puo' essere reso sicuro.

Tuttavia raccomanda  l'uso di schede cartacee  e scrutinio elettronico
via scansione.
