[Discussioni] Tr : European Commission: Study on Patent Quality

Dear Madam / Sir,

The DG Internal Market and Services of the European Commission has launched
a study which aims at collecting evidence on the quality of the European
patent system, as perceived by its users.

The involvement of European companies, Universities and Research
Organizations in the assessment of the strengths and the criticalities of
the European patent system represents a fundamental pillar for an
appropriate and balanced evaluation of the future impacts of a set of
reforms.

The PATQUAL survey on the quality of the European patent system is managed
by a research group at the IP Finance Institute, a public research centre
at the Polytechnic of Turin, Italy.

We would be very grateful if you could circulate our flyer (you can find it
attached) among the organizations which might be interested in expressing
their view on the quality of the current European patent system. The flyer
contains all the details to join the survey.
