Prima Marco aveva linkato a una sorta di sintesi della licenza.
Nella licenza si parla di "non-commercial purposes":
"non-commercial uses" può far pensare, erroneamente, a usi commerciali
da parte di terzi, ma riferire "non-commercial purposes" a terzi e non
al licenziatario mi pare assurdo.
E' la classica formula riferita nelle licenze d'uso al licenziatario.
Tanto più che i terzi sono espressamente citati dopo: "to permit persons
to whom the Software is furnished to do so".
