Qualcuno ha dei dati precisi circa la data precisa di presentazione
dell'IPED (scusate le terminologia poco precisa).

Subject: Fourtou report will certainly be delayed

The  XXX  Group  proposes  to  adopt  the  Fourtou  report  concerning
enforcement of intellectual property  rights on Tuesday 2 December and
not on Monday 17 November. This  will allow the JURI Committee and the
political  Groups the  necessary time  to discuss  and adopt  a report
which would get the maximum support afterwards in the plenary.
