Riporto qui queste info che mi arrivano da Frederic Couchet (APRIL)
perche` si collegano con l'iniziativa di Giovanni Baldini (sw libero
in Togo):

   www.anfalab.org is the web site. It's a very young association (one
   year) but I know some of the members from 4 years I think. The main
   goal of this association is to promote and diffuse the free software
   in Africa. They prepare some formations and they do fund raising for
   projects.
