Thank you very much for your email and your interest in our initiative.

The basic characteristics that we are looking for are centres or groups that provide support in open source competence, through awareness raising, training, studies, etc., specifically in the public sector. In order to ascertain whether your association should be included in the Competence Centre Booklet, I would kindly ask you to fill in the template form I am attaching below. 

I would also very much appreciate if you could forward my message to the appropriate list, as mentioned in your email below, or provide the names and emails of any organisations in your area that you feel may be relevant.
