Buongiorno Italia !

Sono spiacente di inviarvi il testo che segue in inglese, purtroppo io
non parla molto ben italiano ! Penso che questo testo meriti di essere
letto. Grazie d'anticipo là preter d'attenzione.

I'm working for Code Lutin, a company member of Libre-entreprise.
Libre-entreprise is a network of companies and freelance workers which
may be defined as an effort to apply the Free software model to
business.
Libre-entreprise is committed to a few simple rules :

- - Full control (companies must be owned by their employees)
- - Democracy : 1 person = 1 vote
- - Information sharing, and maximum transparency

As a network, we're about to answer to an invitation to tender from the
European Union : "Encouraging the Good Practice in the use of Open
Source Software in Public Administrations".
The tenderers must have several correspondents or corresponding
organisations among Europe including your country. These
correspondents must be capable of providing information on the issues
related to the use of free software by public administrations in their
country.

Above the fact that correspondents will be paid for their duty
they will get high satisfaction to have done something really useful
for the Free Software community.

I would like to add the name of your organisation, or even better, the
name of some of your members, to our correspondents list.

The criterias allowing a tenderer to answer the invitation to tender
are difficult to fullfill for a Free Software company alone, especially
when it comes to having correspondents all around Europe, that's why we
need your help now and later. Our goal is to present the EU a tender
supported by the Free

Software community to avoid what happened with a similar invitation to
tender two years ago : The huge american company Unisys won it, although
they're not involved in the Free Software movement at all. Some could
say it was as if Microsoft had been leading the strategy of the EU in
the use of Free Software. I let you imagine the result...

We have not much time to answer to this tender but I think we have an
opportunity here that won't turn up twice ! I am looking forward to hear
from you very soon !

Arrivederci !
