Se la GPL viene invalidata allora non hai più alcuna licenza (nessuna 
autorizzazione) per copiarlo/modificarlo, quindi non lo puoi toccare.
Infatti, in assenza di diversa indicazione da parte dell'autore, l'oggetto 
autorale è massimamente protetto dalla legge sul copyright (cioè vale la 
formula "tutti i diritti riservati"), per default.
Questo è anche scritto esplicitamente nella GPL.
